Business Development &amp; Market Expansion<br>Identify and pursue business opportunities in UAE, GCC, and African markets.<br>Conduct competitor and market gap analysis to align services with client needs.<br>Generate leads via networking, B2B outreach, exhibitions, and cold acquisition.<br>Build strategic partnerships with government entities, corporates, and SMEs.<br>CRM &amp; Sales Funnel Management<br>Manage leads and opportunities using CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).<br>Track pipeline stages, segment contacts, and plan follow-ups.<br>Ensure data accuracy and provide insights to senior management.<br>Proposal &amp; Bid Management<br>Draft tailored commercial and technical proposals.<br>Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to finalize terms.<br>Maintain a central repository of proposal templates and case studies.<br>Marketing &amp; Campaign Support<br>Coordinate with marketing to plan campaigns (LinkedIn, email, events).<br>Support the creation of brochures, presentations, and promotional content.<br>Represent DAL Technology at key exhibitions and networking events.<br>Product &amp; Service Development<br>Gather client feedback to improve services (e.g., GPS software, fintech flows).<br>Support product testing, pilot launches, and MVP rollouts.<br>Sales Closing &amp; Client Engagement<br>Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth client onboarding.<br>Develop upselling and cross-selling strategies for long-term growth.<br>Reporting &amp; Internal Coordination<br>Prepare monthly sales reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards.<br>Participate in management meetings and strategic workshops.<br>Provide recommendations on pricing, bundling, and delivery innovation.<br>Skills &amp; Competencies<br>Proven 1\u20133 years\u2019 experience in business development, B2B sales, or consulting.<br>Strong background in Fintech, GPS\/Fleet Management, or GovTech is a plus.<br>CRM expertise (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).<br>Strong proposal writing and presentation skills.<br>Excellent English &amp; Arabic communication skills.<br>Ability to manage deadlines and client relationships effectively.<br>Qualifications<br>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.<br>Experience in proposals, digital onboarding, and solution-based sales.<br>Service-oriented with a consultative sales approach.<br>Compensation &amp; Benefits<br>Salary: AED 3,000 \u2013 4,000 (depending on experience).<br>Attractive sales commission scheme.<br>Career growth opportunities within DAL Technology\u2019s regional expansion.<br>Dynamic and innovative work environment.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To drive growth and market expansion for DAL Technology by acquiring new clients, retaining existing ones, and developing solutions in the company\u2019s core sectors:GPS Tracking &amp; Fleet ManagementFintech Onboarding &amp; Digital ServicesGovernment PRO &amp; Business Setup ServicesTechnology Consulting &amp; Market ResearchCloud Solutions &amp; Digital TransformationKey Responsibilities1.
